    I think Cheesecake factory is a top tier chain restaurant. I've always liked Cheesecake Factory due to their wide selection of menu items, and decent quality and flavors with it being a chain. I also love the atmosphere and design of the architecture and inside. It's always busy at Cheesecake Factory no matter what location your at, they also have a ton of workers always trying their best. Their normally pretty slow and you can expect to wait over an hour if you don't have reservations, so I recommend signing up for their rewards program. For this visit we had reservations than had to cancel due to traffic, but decided to stop by and check on the wait anyways. It was about 8pm on Saturday and the wait for two luckily was only 15 minutes even though it was very busy. We we're seated almost exactly 15 minutes later and tended to immediately. Our drinks and bread came our almost immediately, but for the food it took over 30 minutes. Once it arrived we quickly noticed they messed up one of our meals, the waiter quickly apologized and said it was her fault for typing in the wrong order. After that they took the meal away and said they would make a fresh one, we even had the manager come over and apologize. It took about another 20 minutes for the correct meal to be made and after that I was already full from splitting meals with my Mom. We told them we wanted it packaged for takeout and they did so. Once the takeout meal arrived I felt frustration arise after seeing the tiny portion they gave us. I was about to go off on them until I saw the check and realized they gave us the meal for free. After that I calmed and was excited because we also had a free slice of cake from the rewards program. But after my long review all our food was delicious as always and I feel everyone makes mistakes, and still recommend Cheesecake Factory as it is one of my favorite chain restaurants!

    Our family enjoyed dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, indulging in steak, mashed potatoes, salmon, a burger, zucchini, classic cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, and banana cheesecake. The food was delicious and satisfying, with plenty of leftovers to take home. Be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant is always busy. The atmosphere is great, even in the bathrooms, and the service is amazing!

    The main specialties were good. Didn't really blow my palette but they have a good selection for anybody. Cheesecake Factory has always been busy and this time was no exception. Service was good. The chicken Madeira was the highlight of the night. The lettuce in the lettuce wrap is huge. Oh and you can't go wrong with the cheesecakes. Newer restaurant so it was clean. Casual vibe... great place for a date.
